Au cours de la p\u00e9riode couverte par le pr\u00e9sent bulletin, du 15 au 30 septembre 2020, les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile burundaise, membres du Consortium pour le monitoring des violations des droits de l\u2019homme pendant la p\u00e9riode \u00e9lectorale ont relev\u00e9 des all\u00e9gations de violations, des violations, des atteintes aux droits de l\u2019homme ainsi que des faits\u00a0s\u00e9curitaires li\u00e9s\u00a0\u00e0 l\u2019intol\u00e9rance politique.<\/p>\n

Ces atteintes, violations et all\u00e9gations de violations qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es au cours de cette p\u00e9riode font \u00e9tat d\u2019au moins 2 membres du parti CNL tu\u00e9s dont les corps sans vie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9s dans des lieux publics, 5 membres du parti CNL enlev\u00e9s, quatre membres du parti CNL tortur\u00e9s et 26 membres du\u00a0parti CNL arr\u00eat\u00e9s arbitrairement. Ces violations et atteintes aux droits de l\u2019homme ont \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement commises contre des membres du parti CNL qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9s de collaborer avec des mouvements arm\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
