Ce rapport trimestriel est un condens\u00e9 des rapports mensuels des mois d\u2019avril, mai et juin 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les grandes tendances observ\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 notamment des cas d\u2019all\u00e9gations de violations et des violations du droit \u00e0 la vie, d\u2019enl\u00e8vements et\/ou de disparitions forc\u00e9es, de violences bas\u00e9es sur le genre, de tortures, d\u2019arrestations arbitraires et d\u2019autres faits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En effet, au cours de la p\u00e9riode couverte par ce rapport, la situation des droits de l\u2019homme a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e comme suit : au moins 124 personnes tu\u00e9es dont 17 personnes mortes suite aux pluies diluviennes et 59 cadavres retrouv\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rents endroits, 8 enlev\u00e9es et\/ou port\u00e9es disparues, 46 victimes de VBGs, 11 personnes tortur\u00e9es ainsi que 123 personnes arr\u00eat\u00e9es arbitrairement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parmi les victimes enregistr\u00e9es figurent 17 femmes, 23 mineurs tu\u00e9s dont 9 enfants suite aux courants d\u2019eau, 1 femme et 1 ex-FAB enlev\u00e9s, 32 femmes et 4 mineur arr\u00eat\u00e9s arbitrairement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les membres des partis politiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi vis\u00e9s et parmi eux, il y a 15 membres du parti CNDD\u2013FDD et 3 membres du parti CNL tu\u00e9s, 5 membres du parti CNL tortur\u00e9s et 27 membres du parti CNL arr\u00eat\u00e9s arbitrairement.
