In memory of Madam Marie Claudette Kwizera, Treasurer of Iteka, reported missing since December 10, 2015. From December 2015 to 3 February 2019, Iteka has documented at least 521 cases of enforced disappearances.
Allegations and violations of human rights were recorded during this reporting period: at least 8 persons were killed including 5 corpses found, 2 tortured, 6 arbitrarily arrested and 2 GBV victims.
Among the victims are 2 women killed.
